Any products purchased within the Sims website are available only within our delivery area, which you can view here. These products are created and supplied by Sims Flowers LTD.
Finding a product.
To find the product you wish to purchase you can select a category, such as 'arrangement' or 'bouquet', from the left-hand menu. This will display all of the products that we currently sell under that heading.
Alternatively, we have included a search box to the top of the page which allows you to browse our products according to a particular occasion such as a birthday or an anniversary; by price; or by keyword.
To view a product in more detail, click either on its image, description or the 'more info' button just next to the product's price.
When viewing detailed product information, we have included (where applicable), other relevant items which may be of interest to you. These can be found at the foot of the page.
Adding items to your shopping basket.
To add an item to your shopping basket you must be viewing a product in detail..
(If applicable), you may select an option from the 'drop-down' menu marked 'Option'. This may be to select a colour where the product is available in more that one shade; or an occasion where a product is sold with varying text such as 'Happy Birthday' or 'Congratulations'.
Once you have completed any 'drop-down' information, simply click the 'Add To Basket' button to add the product to your shopping basket. You can modify option information at any time by simply visiting your shopping bag.
Paying for your goods. (Checkout)
Simsflowers.co.uk uses PayPal secure payments.
Having added the product to your shopping basket, you will be transferred to a new page displaying the contents of your basket.
You can remove item(s) from your basket by clicking the 'x' button to its right.
Check that the product information is correct and that you have selected your required 'option' (where applicable).
Next, select the Town/Village from our delivery zones where you would like us to deliver your order, this will apply the correct delivery charge to your order.
Finally, select a delivery date for your order, please see our 'Delivery Schedule' for more information.
When you have finished shopping and are ready to proceed to the delivery address page, click the 'checkout' button.
On the delivery address page, please fill out as much information as you can. All fields are required.
You will see that we have already filled out part of the delivery address based upon your town/village selection from the previous page.
You are not required to tick the 'periodic e-mail updates' box if you do not wish, but please always include YOUR e-mail address so that we may contact you, should we have any queries regarding your order, without your intended recipient finding out.
Please accept the terms and conditions before clicking 'send' where you will be transferred to the PayPal website and complete your payment to us.
At the payments page you will be asked to login to your PayPal account. If you have never paid for goods online using PayPal, you are now given the option of paying with your credit/debit card without registering with PayPal.
