Before checkout you are given the option of selecting a delivery date.
You will see a drop-down box marked 'when should we deliver your order', you may select from the available dates to inform us of the date you wish your item(s) to be delivered.
We accept same-day delivery requests if an order is placed before 2pm GMT, (if the 2pm deadline has expired you should not see the option to select 'todays' date).
You may notice that all dates falling on a Sunday do not appear - unfortunately we do not deliver on Sundays.
Deliveries made by Sims Flowers LTD will be made during normal office hours and a signature will be required.
Specifying Delivery Times
The only instances where a specifying a delivery time is acceptable is if the order you are placing is to be delivered to a Wedding or Funeral. In any other instances where morning or afternoon is specified, although we will try our best, we do not guarantee that we are able to deliver at these times.
To stipulate a delivery time for a Wedding or Funeral, use the 'Card Message' box provided on the 'Delivery Address' page just below your delivery address, remember this box may also be used to enter a 'card message', should you wish to include a card with your order, so please separate any additional information from your card message by leaving a few blank lines.
