About the Old School Honey( Below information is provided by the Bee Farmer.)
We take our bees to work different crops around Lincolnshire with the exception of heather honey when we take our bees to the North Yorkshire Moors but the bees don't always work the crops we put them on they may take a de-tour into anybody's garden onto their flowers, they also love clover, dandelions, and hedgerows etc.. They like a varied diet.
Our honey is NOT PASTEURIZED we do not add anything to our honey in anyway.
Our honey is local RAW Lincolnshire honey so eventually it will set/crystallize the longer you keep it, As honey crystallize to preserve itself. As all our honey will set/crystallize as this is proof of good quality honey, A little tip for you, undo the lid of the jar, put jar into a pan of boiling water and let it return back runny again.
